Hannah Perry: Studying BA Fashion Textiles with Professional Practise at The University of Brighton is challenging and incredibly exciting. I like how it is keeping me working hard to increase my printing and research knowledge. As well as this, my personal skills such as organisation, self-evaluation and the motivation of myself and of others have also developed. All aspects of my printed textiles specialism inspire me, from drawing, design development and visual research, to working in the print room and dye lab. I am a confident user of Photoshop for CAD; I like its freedom and accessibility. My work is detailed and imaginative; it has in-depth research for colour and inspiration development, as well as continually improving.
